What’s the Minimum Spend on each order?
For your first purchase it’s $300 min spend (not including shipping costs) and from your second order onwards its $150 min.
What’s the Minimum I can order of each item?
2/Item/Variant in most cases. Check the items listing for further info.
How and When do I pay for my order?
You do not pay for your order until after it has been placed. Once your order is placed a staff member within a business day will issue you an invoice via email which will include the final details of your order including expected dispatch dates, freight cost and any items that may be on back order.
You must pay 50% of the order amount (Not including shipping) in order to get your order started. Once your order is made and read for dispatch the balance including shipping is due. Your goods cannot be sent until it is paid in full and will be scheduled for a courier to pickup the next possible business day.
Can I pay with Afterpay or Hummm?
Yes but if you do an addition 6.5% cost will be added to the order. This is to cover the processing fees these services use. It would be best to avoid them if possible and pay via card payment or transfer.
How long will my order take to dispatch?
If all of your items are in stock we can dispatch the next day. If they are being made to order it can take between 1-3 weeks depending on the size of the order. One of our staff will notify you of expected dispatch time once they email your invoice.
What shipping options do i have?
We do flat rate shipping of $15 for all wholesale orders. We will use a comparison shipping site to work out the fasted courier to get to you. If you wish to use your own that’s ok too please notify as in notes during checkout. Also if next day delivery is needed we can arrange but any extra fees will be included in the invoice. Shipping is from Tuggerah, NSW 2259
How do I checkout without paying?
When using the single page form use the checkout or view cart option. When you finish checkout nothing will get paid for until we view your order and email an invoice. This is only possible once logged in as a wholesale customer
I made a mistake on my order and had too many/not enough items
Don’t stress simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and explain what changes you want to make and the invoice that will get emailed to you will have the changes made.
I can’t see all the products you sell once I log in
Once you create a wholesale account we tag your account so the website will show wholesale products and not retail (there is still some on the homepage). This is to make it simpler for ordering and not get confused over products not available for wholesale and paying retail price for them. If you wish to purchase products at retail simply log out and you will be able to see them again or use another account.
To view all the products available for wholesale click on the 3 lines at the top left of screen and click on wholesale. This drop down will then show all the products available at wholesale.
