If you’re order is urgent, select our $10 “Rush Order” service during checkout to get it sent next business day.. Guaranteed!
The “Rush Fee” is a $10 option you can select during checkout to ensure your products are made and dispatched within 1 business day. We recommend this option if your order is time sensitive for a special occasion like wedding or birthday etc and you need it by a specific date less than 2 weeks away.
Free shipping applies to the orders grand total after discounts (Australia only).
Dispatch time is how long it will take for the products in your order to be made & sent. This does not include the shipping time it takes to be delivered from Australia Post.
Your order will be sent once all item are complete.
All orders made with Swanky Paws will come with a tracking number. This will be emailed to you once the order is complete and has been dispatched. Simply click on the link in the email to be taken to the tracking page with Aus Post.
NOTE- We are unable to “speed up” delivery other than using express post over standard. Once your order has been sent, any delivery issues need to be taken up with Aus Post. Lost parcels & delayed delivery can only be resolved by contacting Aus Post. You can call them on 13 76 78 or click here.
Australia Post is our delivery service provider of choice and services all of Australia & worldwide. They deliver to PO BOX addresses and also have collection points for missed deliveries.
By default, your parcel will be left in a safe place if no one is home at the time of delivery. Unless they cannot find a safe place to leave the parcel and take it back to the local Aus Post Office for collection.

We certainly do ship worldwise. Shipping overseas outside of Australia will calculate costs during checkout and will take longer to arrive, see international delivery timeframes here.
