We offer this refund for any reason within the 30 days including change of mind provided these conditions are met-

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, the item must be:-

– In as new condition and returned in original packaging undamaged.

– Received by Swanky Paws within the 30 day period

– Including all parts it was sold with

Additions Terms-

– Unless faulty, money refunded will cover the purchase price of the goods at the time of purchase but does not include the cost of shipping. 

– All freight costs are worn by the customer. The cost of sending & returning the product/s is worn by the customer and is not included in the refund or store credit.

– In the case of swapping for another product or size, this is also accepted under the same conditions as the refund.

Swanky Paws reserves the right to decline any refund that does not meet the money back criteria.
